Purchased this belt for my husband, per his request. He is 82 and loves to work out in the yard. He has many different kinds of support belts and none worked to his expectations. He saw the ad for this belt and wanted to try it. First time he wore it, he came in the house to exclaim how great it felt. Was working in the yard for a few hours -pulling out dead plants, etc - and his lower back felt fine. Of course, because of his age, I called him in, telling him that 3 hours in enough time outside and it was time to come in,take a shower and a nap.He still comments on how good this belt worked for him.
Very comfortable and has grip strips so things are easier to hold. My hands measure between two ranges so I went with the smaller. I might wear these all day and even under a hand brace. Don't know how well they will stand up if doing much with your hands however. Also nothing to say about the copper one way or the other. Just don't know if it helps. Doesn't compress much.
I've got arthritis in my feet and have had 2 surgeries on my right foot. That being said, these are the most comfortable pair of socks I've ever had on. Literally, the only thing I would change is making the arch support just a bit tighter. I honestly don't know if it's the copper or the padding in the socks but my feet don't hurt nearly as bad. Will probably order more and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Without going into excessive detail, compression socks like Energy Socks gently squeeze your legs, which moves blood upward toward your heart, thereby preventing swelling. Some garments provide a single level of compression, while others (like Energy Socks) claim to provide graduated compression—which means the compression is greatest around your ankles and decreases at it moves up the leg.
Compression can alleviate swelling and help with recovery in sore muscles, but experts are on the fence if wearing a back brace like Copper Fit Back Pro is a good idea when doing any lifting. Some believe wearing something like Copper Fit Back Pro gives people a false sense of their own strength, causing them to injure themselves when lifting too much.

One study found that when 21 male runners did two step tests – one with compression socks and one without – they were able to go slightly longer wearing the compressions before exhaustion. There have also been some small increases seen in anaerobic threshold, particularly in cycling, and in jumping performance. The theory is that the tights prevent oscillation of the muscles sideways and promote muscle efficiency.
The advertising for Copper Fit Gloves hints that they can be used to increase performance and also lessen pain and stiffness. As someone who owns numerous Copper Fit products and has used support gloves for those reasons, I do know that such a garment can provide a moderate amount of relief. Keep in mind that wearing compression-wear won’t address an underlying condition, but in some circumstances it can provide enough support to allow you to function.
The reason why I bought this is because of customers review and the rating, it's not worth five star at all. I've only had for 2 weeks but it's already falling apart. I'm normally a large on gloves, I irdered a medium size so it'll be a little tight to give me a better support, but its not giving a full support as I expected it's loose, stitching on the sides are coming off, grip (rubber) on palms are coming off. If im ask if I'll recommend it to other consumer I would tell them no, find other brands out there.
This product may indeed work as indicated, meaning it will wick away moisture and prevent odors, but is this REALLY because of this supposed copper infusion? We doubt it. (Hint: a cotton athletic sock promises to basically do the same thing.) The study they cite points to copper’s use as an antimicrobial surface talks about when it’s used on tables at hospitals, not weaved into clothing.

Next, as with most “As Seen on TV” products, Copper Fit Socks refunds do not include shipping and handling charges. While this might initially seem insignificant, the reality is that S&H charges amount to almost half of the total purchase price, even before factoring in the shipping charges you’ll incur by sending the product back to the manufacturer.
After you put them on, these gloves deliver gentle compression to the hands, wrists, and fingers, which'll help relieve aches, pains or any other type of discomfort you may feel within those areas. You can adjust the level of compression by adjusting the tightness of the wrist strap on each glove. If you pull the strap tighter, the compression level will increase, while it'll decrease if you leave it looser. The Copper Fit Gloves have also been designed to help increase circulation, so if you have poor circulation for any reason, you may find them helpful in that way, too.
Engineered to provide more ventilation than ever before, these performance socks offer superlative moisture control and breathability. Enjoy targeted arch compression for support, a reinforced heel and toe, and a plush heel tab to prevent slipping. All that plus the feature that made Copper Fit famous — copper ion-infused fiber technology that helps reduce odors. They're the socks to wear when the heat (or the competition) is on.
Copper Fit Socks are infused with copper and gently compress the foot, along with fighting sweatiness and odors that arise during wear. They work so well due to the fact that copper ions have literally been blended into the cotton material during the manufacturing process. In addition to fighting odors, the copper within them will also fight against bacteria more effectively than silver or stainless steel additions. By doing so, it will reduce the risk of stains and product deterioration so that your socks stay in good condition and last longer.
If you do a trade for a living that requires you to work with your hands, or if you're an office worker who types for hours, you'll likely find wearing these gloves helpful. You'll still have access to your fingertips if needed, but you'll be less likely to develop repetitive strain injuries in your hands, such as carpal tunnel syndrome. For those users who feel silly wearing them in the office where others can see, wearing them after work to reduce aches and stiffness could still be a benefit to you.
